The ocean covers nearly most of the planet, and with the threat of global warming we have to rely on our natural resources for power like the ocean, for one. We harness the power of the ocean currents and use it to power whatever we need. Ocean power is a renewable power that we can rely on. Hawaii has harnessed the power of Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion near the island chain. Ocean energy is a renewable source of power and is a natural way that we can used to create power for us. With the threat of global warming and skyrocketing oil prices we could use this alternative source of power for a better tomorrow.
